LIFE DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS HARD.

Do you constantly stress and worry about everything? Always second guessing yourself? You try to look at the positive side of things, but that just doesn't work.

Do you have trouble sleeping because your thoughts just won't stop? Tossing and turning, wanting to feel better about your life, but you don't know where to start. You don't know what to do.

Believe it or not, you are not alone. Although many people don't talk about it, a lot of people struggle with the same feelings you're feeling right now.

Starting psychotherapy could help you feel better by learning healthier ways of controlling your feelings, changing unhealthy ways of thinking, and discover your personal strengths.

Hello. I'm Liza J Alvarado and I'm a bilingual psychotherapist in the Lehigh Valley, PA area, who has helped many people control their anxiety, get out of depression and overall feel much happier with their lives. I've learned that although it's great to talk about things, what people really want is to know what to do.

I focus on teaching you techniques that could help you feel less stressed out, feel more confident with yourself and change the way you look at "negative" circumstances in order to start feeling happier with your life. Even more, we'll explore the reasons for your negative emotions, in order to prevent living in a cycle.

If you live in the Lehigh Valley, PA area, contact me for a short consultation and to schedule an appointment, at info@universalmindtherapy.com or 484-523-3886
