Sometimes it’s hard to explain how we feel because we don’t know how to put our feelings into words.
I want to share this list of feelings with you in order for you to reference when trying to identify how you’re feeling.
Notice how our feelings are not so black and white. Instead, there are layers to our feelings. Keep this reference in a place you can easily go back to and next time you’re lost for the right expression of how you feel, look on this list for the most accurate feeling.
Remember, your health and wellbeing is your job. Take control of your mental health by educating yourself and putting these things into practice.
